Trouble turning over in bed? Try satin pj’s or sheets – just not both!
Getting up off the toilet? Install a grab bar. Just make sure to install into a stud (not your husband)!
Freezing? Sing a few notes of Happy birthday (in your head, please).
Hips tight? Get (and use) a hula hoop!
Can’t reach to undo your bra? Try a front clasp. Or ask for help from your husband!
This may be TMI (too much info), but if wiping your bottom becomes a challenge, use some hygiene wipes like Cottonelle. Way better than asking for help from someone!
Trouble keeping food on your plate? Use a bowl instead.
Constipation? I know this is counter intuitive, but stop eating bran and increase your fruit intake. And don’t forget to drink tons of water. I mean you should have a half ounce per pound of body weight. So, if you weigh 150 lbs, we’re talking 75 ounces of water a day!
